Home Brewing with Jason Eveland
Beer is one of the oldest man made beverages; the ancient Egyptians and Mesopotamians even wrote about it. The fermentation process changed the way we interacted with certain crops, lifestyles, and public health.
What: Want to learn how beer is made? Have you ever wanted brew your own beer? Local home brewer, Jason Eveland will teach you how to brew. During this interactive workshop you will learn what equipment you need, ingredients, and terminology to brew your own. We will be brewing an extract amber ale.
When: Saturday October 15th from 1:30 – 3:30 pm
Where: The HUB (210 N. Clinton St. Rushville)
Who: Anyone 21 and older
What to bring: an ID and a lawn chair
