Transparency | Studies in Watercolor

Andrea

Yvette Seal

I have had a long time attraction to elements that are worn, eccentric, and cluttered. My art celebrates these treasures as I see them. The long shadows, textures and faded colors inspire me to preserve what is still present. My style is realistic. With this being said, I’m beginning to let the water be in control. The results are beautiful washes where the transparency is in control.

Find the beauty in the marks people make on the world.
