Spark! Places of Innovation

We are pleased to host Spark! Places of Innovation, a Smithsonian Museum on Main Street Exhibit. This traveling exhibit is presented throughout Illinois in partnership with Illinois Humanities.

“Spark! Places of Innovation takes visitors on a journey to see places where uniqueness is an asset and to meet people who have stepped outside their comfort zone to solve community problems. These towns are working not just to survive, but to thrive through innovation.”

Why Here? Why Not Here? The Hub’s companion exhibit tells the story of 5 arts organizations who have thrived in Schuyler County. Through interviews, we gained an understanding of the importance of these organizations and why they have been sucessful.

Spark! will be on display at The Hub from October 21 – November 25, 2023.
